I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the Nine Arches Bridge. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and close to the bridge. The host and her family were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The food provided was delicious, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The triple room at Nature Casa Bella was awesome! It had a balcony with a stunning garden view. I loved sipping my morning tea there. Plus, having an electric kettle was super convenient for me. The private bathroom was fully-equipped with a shower and free toiletries, making me feel right at home.
I personally found the bathroom with showers a bit small, but hey, that's just my opinion. Others might still enjoy it.

nature casa bella in ella exceeded my expectations. the view of the nine arch bridge from the balcony was amazing, and the owner was friendly and supportive. the room size was perfect and there was even a mosquito net. the location was windy and the surroundings were friendly.

Personally, I didn't like the showers in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The view from the hotel balcony was absolutely stunning! I could watch trains passing by the famous Nine Arches Bridge all day long. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy for me to explore all the attractions nearby. Another great thing was the delicious meals prepared by the friendly staff. It was the best food I had during my entire trip to Sri Lanka. The family who runs the hotel was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure all their guests were satisfied. I even got a ride from the train station in a tuk tuk, which was really convenient.
That it got a bit chilly at night as there was no heater and the blanket was quite thin. However, I managed to stay warm by wearing a thermal top.
